      Act as a cross functional facilitator to all GIS product lines ensuring that the CSC service model is correctly implemented and that core processes interact in a seamless fashion.Manage the Project Initiation or kick off call to identify the scope of the project and to identify which lines of services needs to be engaged for the project.Monitor the scope of the projects and proactively act on scope creeping. If there are any changes to the scope baseline, assess the change and initiate a change order to update the triple constraints accordingly.Lead Integration Review Meetings for the new deployments/ services, data center migrations and decommissioning of services.Identify the risks and log them in the risk register. Closely monitor the risks till the closure. Coordinate with the Senior Project Manager and the other line of services to ensure that they are updating the operational checklists to ensure the quality of the service is maintained.Ensuring the process adherence in deployment and decommissioning of services.Work with the line of service managers to identify the resources who will be supporting this project during transition.Integrating support tasks from a project to the LOS to ensure the quality of service delivery once a project has completed.Plan and lead the Integration Review meetings and Operational Readiness Review meetings to resolve the issues in transitioning the service into production.Work with the Load and Performance team for the sign off for the applications which are supported by CSC.Update the Production Integration tracker with the latest updates from Integration Review meetings and ORR meetings.Raise WBS code requests for the projects. Prepare the reports on the WBS codes to calculate the financials for projects/ programs.Escalate any issues/ deviations to the next level managers.Work with PM and SDM in-case of any exceptions for any of the projects and get those signed off from the client and CSC Service Executive.
