      Started my career as a claims advisor where responsibilities included working in a high-pressured call centre. Registering of insurance claims including motor and non-motor claims. Responsible for the entire validations process of the claim including the settlement or rejection of the claim. Responsible for moving vehicles to towing destinations and negotiating release fees with service providers. Repair follow ups was part of the daily tasks. Promoted to a Claims Team Leader where I was responsible for overseeing a team of ten individuals. Report writing on a monthly and quarterly basis. Training and coaching of staff. Dealing with customer complaints on all social media platforms and writing formal responses on complaints received.
