Areas covered daily would be goods in, order picking, all FLT movements and loading. Ensuring at all times operatives are working within acceptable performance tolerances. Dealing with any compliance issues (stock and MHE use). Arranging adhoc training to cover identified shortfalls in labour skills. Warehouse operative trained in most aspects of the depot operation, including clerical roles. Use of various systems such as Manhattan, C3 Yard, Kronos as well as Microsoft Office.
