In this position, Amy will provide oversight and leadership of the Facilities Management team for the Northeast regions 1 & 2. She will work closely with our Centralized Management Organization (CMO) to align on operational, financial and service delivery requirements. Amy has been on the Verizon Account since inception January 2013 as Portfolio Manager of Western New York and Finger Lakes Region, where she managed the operations of approximately 155 buildings and 1.5 M square feet. She has worked effectively with our client's multiple internal organizations as well as C&W teams, always seeking client satisfaction through honesty, integrity and accountability. Bringing a wealth of practical and institutional knowledge to the position, Amy has a deep regimen in customer service industries. Prior to working at Cushman & Wakefield, she worked as a Project Manager in the Electrical Construction field for nearly 20 years. Amy joins a strong team of four additional SPM'S in the East and will report to me in my Field Service Manager role.
