  • Six years of management experience within one of the largest conglomerates in Nepal before launching their fin-tech division. • In charge of the day-to-day operation of Smart Food and Snacks, which sold noodles. Brands include Yum Yum, ABC, and Hits. • Supervised the day-to-day purchase and inventory of raw materials needed for noodle production ( above 100 items). Took an active part in the purchase of a new plant from Guangzhou, China when the company was scaled in 2015. Assisted in negotiation and tactics. • Supervised company sales under the B2B strategy. The job entailed overseeing the national marketing manager, while occasionally leading meetings with regional marketing teams. Oversaw their debt and payment ratio, and made recommendations on raising capital. • Launched multiple marketing projects, including TV and radio advertisements. Launched B2C strategies such as noodle stalls in schools and colleges. • Outside role at Smart Foods, took part in leadership discussions in other sectors of the group’s activities. Group has stakes in Cement, Steel, Mining Projects, Trade, etc, and has more than 4000 employees and annual revenue of 300 Million USD. • Assisted the Managing Director and Chairman of the company in his role as the Honorary Consul of Lithuania for Nepal. Traveled to Lithuania on multiple occasions, and organized multiple high-level events with stakeholders from the government and foreign dignitaries.   • Took a sabbatical from Ambe Group’s work, to try my hand at a non-profit. • Nepal Communitere was the first in the country to pioneer maker spaces. At its inception, I managed day-to-day operations and finance and supervised and managed a team of staff and volunteers. • A significant milestone was assisting in the registration and legal amendments, which officially got the organization to a not-for-profit standing. Fostered a culture of 15-minute daily standup scrum meetings and review of sprint planning. • Created multiple business reports, as required by regulatory bodies such as the central bank.• Identified and held high-level meetings with different stakeholders, including banks, third-party payment services, airlines, utility companies, and servers. • Created a safe, open communication space within the office. • Received the final License to Operate from the Central Bank of Nepal in January 2021. • Interviewed/ hired each employee and scaled the company from one to thirty. • Milestones include uploading more than 10,000 product uploads and adding 100+ vendors to the system. It has features such as news, e-commerce, remittance, and peer-to-peer payments. • Hamro Patro acquired my fin-tech company, after which I have been an advisor and consultant on the team. • Presented multiple ideas on content, and content- marketing. Ran a podcast featuring the Nepali diaspora as a part of content marketing.
