  With this being my second position within the company, I was able to take skills learnt in my previous role and apply them to being an advisor. Prepared to go above and beyond for clients and my company, I consistently perform well in monthly reviews and connect well to people over the phone. With a comprehensive knowledge of the insurance policies on offer, I deliver a friendly and efficient service as part of the team. During my time in this position, I was responsible for presenting a good first impression of my company to prospective clients over the phone. As my first professional role in the UK, I had to learn the professional conduct of a new country quickly and soon proved to be a usual member of the team, being promoted within a year of arrival.
