My key responsibilities in this organisation were proposal & report writing, project implementation & documentation including Entrepreneurship development, Placement linked skill up gradation, BOG, AMT, Social/ Rural/ Urban/ Tribal/ Women based training, SHG’s strengthening & IGA, CSR, Soft skill & corporate training, Research, inspection/evaluation, fund raising & revenue generation, Co- curricular activities, Professional development, Lectures in seminars with support of the Govt. of MP, various Ministries of Govt. of India and other International/ bilateral/multilateral agencies etc. My administrative responsibilities were includes of planning of budgets along with Account & HR, supervise routine correspondence, documentation, MIS, periodically reviews of targets, recovery, reports, fund utilisation, quality norms and evaluation of employee's SAR etc. My key achievements as RC were:1.
