   Project Manager for VIMCLA team working on Ericsson Virtual Infrastructure Management solutions for CMCC NFV and 5GC networks. The VIMCLA is based on Ericsson Cloud Execution Environment (CEE, which integrates OpenStack software to provide virtualization environment orchestration for the Virtual Network Function).  Communicate with Solution Architects to clarify the specifications and requirements from China local operators and maintain the product backlogs.  Manage and monitoring the whole cycle of release planning, project/feature execution, quality assurance (ST, E2E test, etc.) and release delivery.  OPO (Operative Product Owner) of Packet Core platform team, which develops 4G , 5G Packet Core Network Gateways, including Virtual Gateway and Cloud Native Gateways based on docker. Clarify the requirements from Product line, work with System Architect team on the preliminary studies and project planning.  Coordinate with different departments/teams in different global sites in China, India, and Europe to ensure the projects are delivered end-to-end on time. Acted as Agile coach for the scrum teams.
