Worked in Production Support of Clarity PPM application for Banking, Automotive, and Healthcare organizations. Projects undertaken during this tenure required me to handle day to day user queries, application debugging, designing Jaspersoft BI reports, debugging data using using SQL, Excel and domain knowledge, upgrading Clarity PPM to newer versions, and optimizing SQL queries for improving performance. Worked as Central PMO for Healthcare, Retail, PPM, PMS supporting 100+ Projects under 30+ customers of different geographical regions. During this tenure, I was responsible for creating projects, generating monthly resource billings, revenue forecasting, resource assignments, etc.
