  As a Supervisor, I was in charge of 20-30 Customer Service Representatives. Some of my duties included meeting hourly/daily sales quotas, training and coaching reps on how to make sales, keeping track of performance by completing weekly performance reports, tracking attendance and sales, and overall moral of my section. I occasionally performed duties as a Shift Manager managing a shift of 12 Supervisors and about 150 reps.
