From IT & T, to banking and finance, from universities to tourism, from hotels to e-learning, publishing and start ups, each business is unique. Whether it is consulting on managing change, training trainers to deliver materials, delivering leadership training or designing training or elearning solutions, I have the privilege to apply my years of experience to bring businesses quality solutions tailored to their needs.   Leading conversations about education and assessment reimagined in the age of AI, bringing digital transformation to a new place. I'm a passionate advocate for Education Focussed recognition.My work in leading others in digital learning and AI saw me awarded their ASCILITE Community Fellow in 2023.My research interests sit in the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL) and through published book chapters, conference presentations and journal papers I seek to share practice to support others in their development as educators also.I have lead two large Communities of Practice ( Digital and Online learning CoP and AI CoP) with diverse membership across UNSW and beyond. My role sees me travel the globe discussing how we can adapt our practices of assessment and learning in a world where AI is ubiquitous. Until December 2024, I led and taught on the largest compulsory core subject for the School of Management & Governance leading a team of >20 tutors and over 1400 students(MGMT5050). I also teach Strategic HR online (ZZBU6410) and managing people and organisations in context (MGMT5906). عرض أقل
