  ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY – Engineer – SQE & NPD (cluster assy , DC motor parts and Power train plastic parts)• Confirm the received lot is as per packing standard, if not it moves to nonconformance area.• Inspect the lot samples as per sampling plan and incoming part control plan.• Inspection result found ok, & met the requirements mean accept the lot.• Before informing to supplier, confirm the respective problem was supplier not because of other factors. (Due to internal handling)• If any non-conformity found it should be move to nonconformance area.• After the prior communication to supplier, decision making for the NC parts (sorting or rework or rejection)• Review their 8D report on site & evident the action plan are implemented & as well as updated in the PFMEA.• Follow up Supplier quality performance monitoring – monthly & yearly.• If any customer complaint receives because of supplier products, prior communication to be given to supplier and corrective action, root cause analysis also will ask from supplier.• Follow up Yearly supplier end auditing as per the planned frequency.• Follow up Periodical layout inspection and performance test result of their supplied parts as per frequency• Prior support to the supplier for analyzing the complaint causes and occurrences.• Follow the supplier process & help them to improve their internal PPM by periodical process audit.• Initiate the supplier for their process improvement by implementing kaizen & reduce the part cost.• Audit the supplier process & reduce the unwanted process for improving the quality & reduce the operating cost.• Gauge design review and inspection reports & GD&T analysis.• Tool inspection review & T0 trial part conformity review.• Supplier SPC & MSA analysis review & Layout inspection report review.• DVP & R plan vs report follow ups & review with supplier.• Support the supplier on technical aspects.
