      Designed an education finance portal to crowd-fund department initiatives (Gyan Sankalp) by developing portal functionality, creating a new government cell to manage the process, and building transparent systems for monitoring funds and implementation. Since 2017, Gyan Sankalp has raised more than $39M USD (as of Apr, 2023).Planned, coordinated, and managed enrollment camps for Aadhaar, an Indian biometric identification number, for more than 500K students in Rajasthan.

      Led technical support for the city of Chicago's Point in Time (PIT) homeless count, collaborating with the Department of Family and Support Services (DFSS). Responsibilities included data organization across multiple years of PIT count data, estimating the number of unhoused individuals in census tracts, and implementing a stratified sampling approach for efficient count execution. Additionally, successfully obtained partner organization buy-in for methodology and created impactful GIS visualizations for communication and coordination. Designed and developed mobile interactive maps to support volunteers during the PIT count, enhancing efficiency and accuracy. Spearheaded technology evaluation and improvement efforts for the ADA-PARC project, a collaboration among 10 national ADA research centers. Revamped the data pipeline using Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) pipeline using best practices, resulting in a more flexible and maintainable codebase, while also devising comprehensive plans for modernizing website visualizations and enhancing overall design.
