I stepped back into my role as a Senior Project Manager at Clock, specialising in the development of custom websites and applications, I oversee the full lifecycle of large-scale projects, from initial scoping and planning to active management during development and post-launch support and iterative improvements. My expertise lies in managing complex projects with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet clients’ specific needs. I am heavily involved in defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned from the outset. During the development cycle, I work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA specialists, to ensure progress remains on track and issues are resolved promptly. Post-launch, I manage support and further development efforts, ensuring that our solutions continue to evolve alongside our clients' needs.I have particular expertise in loyalty platform development, successfully managing projects that create engaging and scalable systems to enhance customer retention and engagement. The most recent of which we developed for Hearst UK. My current client portfolio includes globally recognised names such as News Corp, Riot Games, Epic Games, BBFC, and Hearst, reflecting my ability to manage high-profile projects with diverse and complex requirements. My role demands a blend of strategic planning, technical insight, and effective communication to deliver impactful digital solutions for these industry leaders. Show less During this time, I officially transitioned into project management, building on my experience as the sole point of contact for multiple accounts in my previous role as a Website Manager. I began by managing smaller project builds for Clock, typically in the £10–£20k range, which allowed me to hone my skills in coordinating teams, timelines, and deliverables. One of my first projects was for Mr. Hyde, an offshoot brand of Shortlist Media, where I successfully delivered a tailored solution that met the client’s needs. This period provided a solid foundation in project planning, stakeholder management, and delivering high-quality outcomes, paving the way for larger and more complex projects later in my career. Show less This was very much a hybrid role within Clock, which didn't have a dedicated Project Management team at the time. I was able to take my experience from running Rugby Reunited and Audioville and apply it to several accounts within Clock, including. Eddie Izzard, Teenage Cancer Trust and BBC Worldwide. In this role, I served as the sole point of contact for a portfolio of client websites, managing all aspects of their operation and development. I handled client requests, coordinated changes—either executing updates myself or collaborating with the development studio—and oversaw deployments while maintaining clear communication with clients.I also managed costings and billing for each project, ensuring financial transparency and accuracy. Proactively, I identified opportunities for site improvements and upsold enhancements to clients, unlocking additional budget and driving added value for their digital presence. Show less
