Additionally, I helped close accounts daily by adding customer tickets and calculate total daily revenue, usually averaging $9,000 in sales and service.

  Main liaison for all leasing operations and administration for the Block apartments. I've developed strategies and streamlined the leasing process, allowing us to reach a 99.9% occupancy rate sooner year over year. Additionally, I train and manage a team of community assistants, ensuring the Block has the best leasing skills and customer service! As leasing coordinator, I assisted in the leasing administration of the Block apartments. I performed market survey reports to my superiors, and achieved a 100% occupancy rate for the Fall 2022 leasing season. Outside of leasing operations, I've gained valuable experience in social media marketing and after-hour marketing initiatives. I ensure college residents have the best possible living experience at American Campus Community properties. While developing sales experience, I helped generate $1.5 million in leasing revenue. Additionally, I assist in leasing and marketing campaigns by participating in residence life programs.
