      - Led the development and the implementation of a comprehensive project M&E system and plan for a US$ 12.46 million Food Security and Agriculture productivity Project (FSAPP) in Bhutan funded by GAFSP through World Bank.- Supported the development and monitored the implementation of project’s environmental and social management framework and ensured all due diligences required are completed.- Coordinated high-level annual project reviews, consistent results reporting and communication, and lessons learned sessions for robust knowledge management.- Ensured timely fund disbursement to project implementing units, submission of semesterly unaudited financial reports to the World Bank and maintaining meticulous fiscal tracking system.- Trained and led the project’s annual outcome surveys in the project landscapes, analysed the data and reported on all the project indicators.- Led the development and management of procurement plans of all project implementing units to ensure good financial burn rate.
