I saw many facets of the business working as a general resource, doing everything from auditing hardware, managing changes, document ownership/modification. Towards the end of the project the role solidified as a Knowledge Manager, working closely with Daniel Langenhan to oversee the handover of project documentation to the contracted IT team.
