      Designed, built, and installed HVAC Systems.Designed, built and implemented an Intelligent microcontroller-based HVAC control system to maximize system efficiency and manage peak load at start-up.Developed a temperature-monitoring system with remote logging, remote access, analytics, and alert notifications via e-mail or text message.Developed a lighting control system that provided 1024 dimming levels, provided sequencing and scheduling of lights at 1 millisecond intervals. Developed an Intelligent Learning Hydronic Heating Systems using a heatpump and a hot water heating plant. This system would use the heatpump as the main source of heating. When the outdoor temperature would fall, the heatpump efficiency would fall, then hot water heat would be modulated into the system to compensate.Engineered and developed a video surveillance system using inexpensive webcam that provided motion based recording and alerting via e-mail or text message.
