  Holding a leadership position in Corporate Communication and is spearheading all aspects of communications in Jharkhand at Tata Steel. The scope of my work includes strategic planning and execution of communication to strengthen the corporate reputation of the brand and managing teams to inform, excite, motivate and build trust with the stakeholders with innovative communications strategy facilitating experiences to meet the accelerating pace of change in the world.I am fortunate to be chosen by the company for key training programmes and have successfully completed the Tata Group eMerging Leadership Programme at Tata Management Training Institute (TMTC), Pune in September 2019 and training programme on Media Management by Indian Institute of Mass Communication (IIMC), New Delhi, IIM Ahmedabad, and IIM Ranchi, among others. These programmes have enhanced my leadership skills and deepened my understanding of new age communication principles, reinforcing my ability to deliver impactful results.Additionally, I am a trained lead auditor on Information Security Management System and QMS Internal Auditor as per ISO standards. I am also a Wellness Champion and have received training on POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment). My distinction as a ChatGPT and AI Champion highlights my forward-thinking approach and eagerness to leverage emerging technologies in the communication landscape.My contributions have been recognized with numerous awards and accolades, including the exchange4media Women Achievers Awards 2021 "Communicator of the Year Award”.
