      Full time, I support the Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) National Flight Data Center (NFDC). I act as the main liaison and subject matter expert in the area of all 15,000 plus private airports in the U.S. and U.S. Territories. I support NFDC's mission to serve as the principal element within the FAA responsible for collecting, collating, storing, and disseminating aeronautical information while assisting in performing validation of flight data related to the NAS (National Airspace System). I have over 15 years of experience in various computer programs and web tools including Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Lotus Notes, etc.-Direct daily communication with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) management & affiliates to maintain successful implementation of quality public service via aeronautical data disbursement with extremely high accuracy levels. -Maintains databases associated with analyzing complex aeronautical data used to develop flight procedures and for aircraft navigation having a broad impact on the National Airspace System (NAS). -As program manager, took a program from a 10 year period of stagnancy to a status of substantial progression in less than a year. -Received training and obtains knowledge of forms related to charting of instrument approach procedures. -Provides support to the NFDC and the Airport Safety Data Program in performing data entry, collection, modification and processing in the FAA’s airport database. -In less than 1 month, fixed more than 71 airports and 276 discrepancies while helping resolve validation problems related to interactions between all areas of the NFDC and the civil and military charting organizations.
