In addition Virtual Engine supply managed services and consultancy for ongoing support. In my role as Operations Manager, I am the link between the Virtual Engine technical team and the customer. I take care of scheduling of Consultancy time as well as operational aspects of our Managed Services (review meetings, Subject Matter Expert Days). I am responsible for the preparation and implementation of company wide policy and procedures, including auditing and review, and completing the annual Cyber Essentials Certification Assessments.
