      As Director of Client Services, I led a global team of 5 Account Managers and over 20 Account Coordinators in the support and onboarding of Aries Systems customers to Editorial Manager and ProduXion Manager. I also met or exceeded key business case targets as part of the acquisition of Aries Systems by Elsevier. Key highlights include:- Retained over 95% of Aries Systems customers during the two year period post-acquisition by ensuring the continued prioritization of their strategic needs. This included assisting in the coordination and launch of the Aries Industry Advisory Board. - Partnered in the onboarding, training, and launch of 2,000+ Elsevier titles on Editorial Manager and completed migration approximately 12 months ahead of initial projections - Active participant in Aries Systems leadership team serving as primary advocate for client needs and drove prioritization of critical issues to ensure timely resolution. Developed and launched large language model prototype to assess feasibility and value of generative AI to assist reviewers in evaluation of scholarly content under consideration for publication.
