  As Director of Client Services, I led a global team of 5 Account Managers and over 20 Account Coordinators in the support and onboarding of Aries Systems customers to Editorial Manager and ProduXion Manager. I also met or exceeded key business case targets as part of the acquisition of Aries Systems by Elsevier. Key highlights include:- Retained over 95% of Aries Systems customers during the two year period post-acquisition by ensuring the continued prioritization of their strategic needs. This included assisting in the coordination and launch of the Aries Industry Advisory Board. - Partnered in the onboarding, training, and launch of 2,000+ Elsevier titles on Editorial Manager and completed migration approximately 12 months ahead of initial projections - Active participant in Aries Systems leadership team serving as primary advocate for client needs and drove prioritization of critical issues to ensure timely resolution. This includes:- Aligning Aries Systems business objectives to product deliverables to ensure Editorial Manager remains the best in class peer review workflow solution in the market - Growing adoption of third party partnerships and services via the Aries Ecosystem to leverage both emerging and established technologies within the scholarly publishing space to bring added value to our customers- Leading transition to agile leveraging best practices within the product team through weekly PO learning and development sessions- Driving thought leadership efforts to evangelize both editorial workflow best practices and the Aries Systems and Elsevier strategic point of view - Established process for cataloguing technical debt for prioritization amongst the squads - Selected for Elsevier Developing Talent for Gender Equity Program as one of 60 global participants in 2022 cohort; now mentor for 2023 current participant in same program Show less As Principal Product Manager responsible for delivering reviewer engagement tools in support of Elsevier’s peer review strategy, I collaborated closely with cross functional team to drive key performance metrics related to speed and responsiveness of reviewers. Achievements include:1. Developed and launched large language model prototype to assess feasibility and value of generative AI to assist reviewers in evaluation of scholarly content under consideration for publication. Achieved 33 NPS + presented findings at RELX product forum around generative AI innovation. 2. Reassessed KPIs of squad products light of evolving landscape - shifted focus beyond qualification alone incorporating willingness signals to improve primary KPI. 3. Identified need to evolve outreach to researcher community in line with communication preferences - integrated notifications for all key browsers, for desktop and mobile, to shared messaging service.
