This project streamlined FP&A quarterly forecasting and annual planning processes through Anaplan across several segments of the business- Led requirements gathering, design, build management, user acceptance testing, training, and strategy office reporting. Delivered FP&A improvements include scenario modeling (Margin, Spend, and CapEx with adjustment capability), integrated planning across Anaplan models, and automated consolidation (by segment, entity, and dynamically by customer, product, device type with bridging capability)Digital Finance Assessment and Strategic Roadmap (RTR, OTC, PTP)- For an American video game holding company, led workshops with process teams from General Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and Procure to Pay. During these workshops, assessed 135 processes for automation and finance transformation suitability, creating a roadmap of opportunities with business case details - Hosted strategic roadmap review session with executives to discuss and prioritize opportunities. The creation of this application landscape was key in highlighting data flow complexities due to the client’s vast number of systems- Produced a roadmap tool which prioritized over 140 opportunities in both cloud finance and operations.
