  In my role as HSE Engineer at HillInternational, I am responsible forensuring and coordinatingimplementation:Assure all HSE standards, bulletins,and other notifications issued by the regional HSE manager and/or central function are received, filed, acknowledged, and communicated to all stakeholders. Ensure effectiveimplementation of safetyinspections and safety inspectionprograms. Ensure HSE training isconducted as per the management & ERM is updated, rehearsed and in line with the directions to Supervise the regular inspection of firefighting safety, and emergency response equipment and assist in developing and implementing emergency response procedures and evacuation plans. Ensure effective implementation and adherence to PTW & Conduct incident investigations, identify root and contributory causes and, prepare associated reports and action plan to eliminate/prevent recurrence Assist various departments to prepare SSOP and ensure for its effective implementation & Trainall / affected employees on Site HSE training modules as per the training plan.
