  Face to Face support providing mental health services program supervising up to 14 staff in residential setting managing 6 facilities each housing ~6 clients suffering from a variety of mental health challenges. I developed and proposed numerous programs to augment services provided at local (county), state, and some federal levels. In this role i developed crisis management, unique supervisory and team building skills, as well as organizing and running a program with "lean" funding.

  Lead a team to develop a service creation environment (SCE) that for natural and spoken language applications. The SCE modeled human interaction then deployed that model into numerous environments, with the most successful being dynamically generated J2EE based on VoiceXML and related standards. This highly integrated toolkit took an application from conception to deployment with numerous extension points enabling integration into a broader application suite and enterprise environment. This group also produce a variety of industry driven applications targeted at telcos such as routing systems, voice activated services, entertainment services, and others. This research and development work produced products as well as numerous Speech and Natural Language related Patents.Prior to transfer to the NLU group, I developed a variety concepts that seamlessly integrated Unisys mainframe solutions with emerging personal computer/desktop environment, resulting in a long line of legacy product enhancements as well as related patents.   As a Executive Architect in Unisys' Federal Services division, I design enterprise solutions for Federal clients across many domains. I am involved from proposal to delivery. I continuously update Unisys' solution offerings across the application modernization space. In addition to solid solution architectures, this includes evaluation and development of emerging technologies such as ML/DL, UXD and human interfaces including mobile, Speech/NLP, Low Code/SaaS, cloud adoption strategies, and data management approaches.
