  As a Manager and Sr. Technical Lead ( SME) at Tata communications, I played a multifaceted role, mainly include handling over 350 global customers, leading Direct Routing Services, dealing with all aspects of product lifecycle, managing Microsoft Teams DR deployment and oversee all stages of customer delivery life cycle. I was also responsible for drafting the LLD and Deployment design documents and worked closely with different management teams.Microsoft Teams DR deployment and design of architecture, applications, infrastructure, system design, and integrations.
