  Responsible for Design of Static Equipments pertaining to Oil & Gas sector.- Got in-depth knowledge and experience on Reverse engineering project i.e. Marathon Galveston Bay refinery (Earlier owned by BP) which faced fire accident in past.- the aim was to check each and every static equipment for1) Fitness for service 2) calculate the discard thickness of each pressure parts, 3) Prepare the missing documents for all events starting from OEM to repair, replacement, alteration, etc4) Reverse engineering documents include discard calculation, mechanical Calculation, drawing, event log based on plant PCMS, coversheet for all events, engineering validation, collecting data from site based on engineering requirements, 5) Equipments handled - pressure vessel, different TEMA configuration heat exchangers, Air coolers, Filters, reactor, Sphere, coke drum, etc6) Work instruction based on API 579 and internal design rules provided by S&B Engineers, Houston TX.Project- Pressure Vessel Process Safety Information (PVPSI) for Marathon Galveston Bay Refinery (previously owned by BP).   A one year long term assignment in Paris, France as a Global Mobile Employee (GME) to support Condenser Engineering for Hinkley Point 'C' Nuclear Power Plant. Responsibilities-I was mainly responsible for execution activities including Detailed mechanical calculation of Condenser parts i.e. Howell, Shell Module, Flashbox, etc. Also responsible for detailed engineer drawing review w.r.t mechanical calculation and manufacturing feasibility prepared by our designer in Wuhan, China office of GE power. The goal was to be effective, prompt and at the same time to consider REX from earlier project so as to maintain high level of accuracy. I successfully delivered all of the engineering task assigned by HPC project Lead inline to project requirementsn. Also supported in engineering activities of other projects like Hanhikivi and Akkuuyu Nuclear power plant. After about one year I had to repatriate to my home country India due to my personal reason.Learnings and exposure--Attained Global engineering position by close work coordination between Boulogne (France), Wuhan (China) and Noida (India), Condenser engineering team (HEX) of SPS, GE Power Business. -Appllied my skills and experience of Heat exchanger engineering in the project related tasks and got appreciation.-Enhanced knowledge and skills for Steam Condenser Engineering for Nuclear Power Plant.
