  I believe that when people use their strengths at work, they get results. My vision is to co-create workplaces that support employees to be at their best while enjoying what they’re doing. For more than 25 years, I’ve worked with thousands of employees in the US and in more than 40 countries. I help staff be more productive, achieve greater results and make a difference in their organizations. Whether it’s developing a workshop, facilitating a retreat, coaching staff, mediating conflict or guiding an organization development effort, I strive to meet the unique needs of my clients. As a participant in a leadership training for the United Nations in Haiti said, "You helped us be who we authentically are."Working in partnership with my clients, I'm mindful that my work is culturally relevant and impactful. I use an appreciative approach so that my clients identify their best practices to build on their strengths to achieve their future vision. My passion is to see the world through other people's eyes and tap into their knowledge and expertise. It started in college when I studied anthropology and agriculture to prepare for a career in international development. It seemed crucial to understand people's cultures and values. Since then, I’ve worked on leadership development, microenterprise, negotiation and mediation projects around the world. As a facilitator, leading strategic planning or teambuilding, I find out what’s working and what can be strengthened. As an ICF-certified coach, I guide my clients to uncover their wisdom to find the answers they need. As a mediator certified by the Supreme Court of Virginia, I help bridge the conflict gap, moving parties toward resolution. Do you share an interest in reinforcing strengths to get even more results?
