      Volunteered to teach the younger generation a sport I love. I coached four youth field hockey teams from 2016-2019, ranging from kindergarteners to 6th graders. I also refereed their games on the weekends and coached the annual youth field hockey clinic. For our practice every week, I was responsible for planning many fun and effective drills. This was a wonderful experience that helped me in strengthening my skills in working with children, staying organized, giving direct and concise direction, managing a group of people, etc. Show less
