I joined the team back in 2003 as a Jr Executive with the intent of mapping the potential market of small and medium sized companies, the were keen to hiring PL Seguros’ services. Only 2 years after, we managed to increase the company’s revenues in 46%.In 2010 I became a company partner, specializing myself in risk management, and becoming responsible for the sales and after-sales departments, as when as other administrative and operational tasks.   By becoming partner of the JLT Employee Benefits operation, I was then transferred to Sao Paulo, with the objective of joining the team of Director of the company. I put on a sales team, which had 3 managers and their respective teams, under my direct management, working heavily across the whole Sao Paulo region. At that time, we managed a series of complex Employee Benefits projects, among important companies of the region, which led to a restructuring on the company’s strategy, and myself becoming responsible for both the retention and crosselling of clients, at this time. I also became a member of Board of Executive of JLT Employee Benefits,with a direct report to the company’s vice president. Show less Due to the success of JLT's Employee Benefits operation, in 2016, I was named Regional Employee Benefits Manager, for the Northeast region. At the time, the challenge was to replicate the Fortaleza business model to the other Recife, Salvador and Goiania branches, minding it had proved to be very successful. I also began to support a regional team of managers on both the sales and post-sales strategy, as well as taking part on the Company’s executive committees, reporting directly to the Regional Director. It has over 11 offices in Brasil, and is currently the broker with the broadest capillarity, in the market. I joined the JLT back in 2014, during its regional expansion strategy, in order to present its services to regional companies based in Ceará. Over the 2 years that followed, we managed to make the Fortaleza/Ceará branch the largest one in the whole Northeast region.Among the activities of my role, was developing the strategic planning of the regional branch, as well as its KPIs.
