Following the success and decreased pace of OPI Lean Assessments, I moved to the larger team of CAFA Assessments to assist in the project management and planning of the new CP5 workbank. Here I programmed the Network Rail workbank and assisted in the management of its delivery working through significant blockers by collaborating with colleagues and client to resolve them as quickly as possible with minimal impact.
