  I joined the Mould Assurance DepartmentThe company hold tight to its philosophy which is the :- "San Mu (Muda, Mura and Muri) Principles- 5Gens Philosophy - 5S Activity. - I have obtained the knowledge on the mould structure function and the type of defects in ejection moulding. - Steps to disassemble and assemble back the mould to its original shapes Mould Assurance Department role is to maintain the quality of mould services before wearing out for a longer lifespan. Our job scope is to :- Clean the mould from any rust and debris from plastic injecting, - Doing regular and major maintenance of mould by open it apart and check on its part.- Repair on the mould I learned how to use a certain machine. Like: - grinding pen - wire cut machine - milling machine - lathe machine - EDM machine - surface grinding machine.The surrounding atmosphere is clean and well care. I am pleasured to experience the professional works and strict ethics that is shown by the senior engineer and department manager of the company.
