  Fast-learning and hard worker that was, without notice or reason, removed from my position at a company I am currently not legally allowed to disclose. I am not certain the extent I can imply, but I will say it was during a mass exodus in said company early 2023. I had fallen into said position by chance and subverted my plans for medical school. At the time, it was an amazing opportunity and seemed more in line with my strengths both socially and creatively. I've had a relationship with computers and technology since as long as I can remember, allowing me to fix just about any issue on my own. I work well with teams and collaborate respectfully and effectively. I am quick to admit when I am wrong or identify if another idea has more promise. I believe respect and courtesy towards my co-workers not only saves time overall, but also improves the overall work environment. Well tempered and patient, I believe kindness and understanding gives infinitely more than a brash and brazen approach when times are tough.Was a "creative cosigner" on outreach/advertising projects for a multinational company. Worked closely with management and private contractors to achieve numerous publicity projects including nationwide commercials, website ads, Instagram shorts, ect.On rare occasion would need to spearhead certain projects as a team leader when necessary. Sometimes managing teams of over a dozen people each.Would solve local IT problems on the spot to save time and not unnecessarily call the IT department fix issues to save time. (When it was a Windows or Linux device)Classified necessary items and teams needed to be procured to complete our goals.Assisted and coordinated missions in design and editing on slow days.Helped organize team outings and celebrations when we would meet our goals.Helped develop and test alternative ways to manage workflow from home.Accomplished the vast majority of our projects on time and rarely ever went over budget.
