He was required to fill in for the Unit Manager for departmental matters involving budgeting, resource loading, and other general administration. The team has delivered Civil/Structural, HV Electrical, Bulk Materials Handling, Mechanical, and Piping Engineering Services on small to large projects scaling up and down as required. Personally led and was accountable for the project delivery of 70 staff. The Resources Projects Group is dedicated to enhancing and advancing the project delivery model from consulting to an Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management (EPCM) methodology. This comprehensive approach includes the integration of the engineering design function, project services, digital delivery, and engineering management, supporting projects in the Mining, Petrochemical, and Manufacturing sectors.Through the establishment of the RPG, he significantly expanded his span of control within the business, overseeing approximately 200 technical and support staff engaged in various projects. The project scope involved designing, procuring, constructing, and commissioning amultiproduct chemical storage and offloading facility to feed the Base Metals Refinery.
