To Assist the Reform Implementing Officer (RII) of MIS, e - governance and any other IT intervention to facilitate on site coordination for successful implementation of the application programs.2. Provide all necessary guidance / training to users in understanding and operating the MIS system and other system installed at RII (institution)3. Assist the institution and artisans to train and maintain the Artisan self service kiosk.6. Maintain data coordination between branches / Head office and Kiosk. 9. Install any other software subject to acceptance of MIS if required.10. Update / modification requests in central server / local server.11. Regular updating of antivirus / and other software patches from time to time as per KVIC IT policy.12. Cordinate with vendors for hardware and software support.13. Conduct Internet operation such as mailing / FTP (Upload) / download / if any etc.14. Collect and provide all data information required for various modules from their branches / production centres / godown / sales outlets etc and ensure that proper data information is accurate and consistant. 15. Maintain application data backup to local server.16. To take operations, approval, appraisals to / from RMU and KVIC.17. Should create and buildup confidence in institutions’ staff in respect of data entry, modification, updation, uploading/ downloading, trouble shooting of software and hardware and report generation.
