This strategy is based on a detailed analyses of the current processes and systems and their strengths and weaknesses. Based on this strategy, I plan all necessary actions in order reach the goals I've selected. These actions include preparing education for the members and team leaders, brainstorming about new concepts for our events and marketing campagnes, talking with other departments in order to increase the efficiency of the entire organization by the optimal use of all the resources offered by each department. Academic Assistant

As teaching assistant at the faculty of Business and Economics, 50% of my time is dedicated to research, 50% is dedicated to educational support.PhD: In my research, I study warehouses and how their efficiency can be improved. I study the order picking and replenishment activity, and search for ways to plan these activities and solve typical problems related to these operations. Both exact and heuristic solution methods are explored, and in particular, I study to what extent existing approaches for popular vehicle routing problems can be applied to solve warehouse related problems. The work is summarized in a thesis that I will defend by October 2023.Teaching: I assist professors who teach Operations Research subjects in the Applied Economics and Business Engineer program. This assistance includes the organisation of practical classes, offering students a platform to make exercises, gain insight into the theoretical matter and ask questions. Each semester is closed with an exam, for which I provide part of the content for the exam. I also score the exams of yearly +- 200 students. Show less
