  As an organizational developer and communication strategist at Wigwam, I have been facilitating transformation processes for purpose-driven organizations and developing communication strategies for over seven years.In my organizational development work, I designed and executed participative transformation processes for companies with up to 500 employees and facilitated interactive workshops with up to 100 participants on topics related to organizational development, new leadership, new work and campaigning. In my roles as a project lead and communication specialist, I successfully launched cross-media communication campaigns for various clients with my team - including strategy, storytelling, social media, PR and media work . Throughout the years, I've developed, hosted and facilitated popular events such as a quarterly New Work gathering in Berlin and a yearly Summer Academy for strategic communication and new work. I have co-written two books: "Game on - A Practical Guide to Campaigning" & "Ja!Buch" and am a regular speaker at conferences and panel discussions such as Entrepreneurship Summit, Fashion Revolution Week and MitOst-Festival.
