I was able to further follow the project we started as summer interns (summer 2016) and my main responsibility was to plan an IoT lab on Telenor’s premises at Fornebu. My primary focus laid in the area where business and technology meet and I worked closely with colleagues from both divisions.   During my studies in Copenhagen I was a part-time tutor for students all over the world with Studynova. I tutored in IB High School maths and economics, both physically in Copenhagen and digitally with students from all over the world.

  Summer intern - device technologies

  During this summer internship I worked alongside an engineering student and we looked at how new PCs are prepared and distributed to Intility's customers. I gained a lot of knowledge about PCs, software and installation processes in addition to learning about databases and data processing. We used SQL and PowerBI to sort and present the data and learned to use these tools along the way.

  My time as Technical Expert IoT started with a role as project leader for our initiative Start IoT, as a part of a larger IoT project in Telenor Norway. I was responsible for transferring Start IoT from Telenor Research to a commercial offering in Norway and finally the Nordics. The responsibilities included setting up processes with the web-shop, logistic partners and IoT customer service, develop a website, technical tutorials, code-examples in GitHub and marketing material. After the setup of Start IoT I became system manager and expert on IoT Cloud and was a part of the team that introduced the IoT platform to the Norwegian market. I also acted as technical support in sales processes and customer dialogue regarding IoT devices, connectivity and data platforms. Show less
