  The project consisted of evaluating the production of enzymes for industrial use from endophytic fungi associated with Manihot esculenta, CRANTZ (Cassava).-Enzymes: Cellulase, Lacase, Lipase and Protease-Application: Chemical and biotechnological processes, such as in the beverage, pharmaceutical, food, textile, effluent treatment industries, among many others.-Techniques: Sterilizations, inoculations, microbiological growth were performed, in which equipment such as autoclaves, laminar flow hoods, spectrophotometers and shakers.
