      • Lead electrical designer of 5 major Ethernet connector products with cumulative shipments of about 100 million units.• Inventor or co-inventor on 81 U.S. patents plus 227 foreign equivalents. • Produced several technical advances in cancellation of near-end crosstalk (NEXT), far-end crosstalk (FEXT), differential-common mode near-end crosstalk (DCNEXT) and differential-common mode far-end crosstalk (DCFEXT) as well as in improvement of return loss (RL), insertion loss (IL), transverse conversion loss (TCL) and transverse conversion transfer loss (TCTL). • Several breakthroughs were patented and reduced to practice as novel contact array geometries and printed circuit board (PCB) artwork designs that made possible major performance improvement, cost reduction and risk mitigation projects that resulted in the introduction to market of several flagship products that generated considerable revenue to the company, including the MGS600 unshielded category 6A jack, MGS400 unshielded category 6 jack and the AMP-TWIST SLX6A shielded category 6A jack. • Mentored colleagues on the electrical transmission compensation techniques and design methodologies of electrical Ethernet connectors as well as the utilization of the software simulation tools.• Developed a statistical method for reliably predicting pass rates of RJ45 modular connectors based on their component minimum margins relative to the ISO 11801 margins.
