      Jun Wee is an Associate Director with EY’s Strategy and Transactions - Valuation, Modelling and Economics team, with more than 10 years of experience in financial analysis, financial reporting, auditing, corporate finance and valuations. His key focus includes business valuations, review of financial forecasts, valuation of intangible assets for tax purposes, purchase price allocation (“PPA”) in business combinations as well as impairment testing. Jun Wee has extensive experience with contentious valuations and damages assessments for dispute resolution and litigation support, where he provided primary support to the Special Accountants or Independent Experts appointed by the Courts and arbitral tribunals, relating to accounting and valuation matters in shareholder disputes and court-ordered buyouts, assessment of damages, distribution of assets, allocation of expenses, re-construction of accounts and financial forecasts. He is a member of the Asia Pacific Institute of Experts (APIEx) and is listed as an expert on Intangible Assets and Intellectual Property Valuation under the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO) and the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS)’s IP Dispute Resolution Hub. He is also a listed as an Expert for the International Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution (“ADR”) of the International Chamber of Commerce (“ICC”).Prior to joining EY’s Strategy and Transactions team, Jun Wee was with EY’s Assurance practice, specialising in the financial audits of multinational clients, public listed clients in Singapore and emerging enterprises in a broad range of industries, including agri-commodities, transportation and logistics, shipping and oil and gas services. He has also led fieldwork teams to perform audits in Malaysia, the United Kingdom and the People’s Republic of China. Show less
