      Since 1995 I have served at various posts and departments within the Bank: 1995 - 2008 (Card Centre): Responsible for the setup, efficient & reliable operation of the IT infrastructure & operations of the Card Centre to support the issue and usage of Credit / Debit cards 24/7. Started as System Analyst and then promoted to the post of Assistant Manager & Manager. Leading role in the introduction of the 1st Card & ATM Management System (CMS) in the Bank, and its subsequent replacement with a new Smart CMS solution. Led the migration of the CMS into EURO, and the mass replacement of 100.000+ credit & debit magnetic stripe cards into Smart Cards. Planned & managed the testing and deployment of global changes & new releases of the CMS (Go-Live). System and RDBMS Administrator.2008-2015 (Limassol & Pafos Regional Branch): I have served as an Assistant Manager and then as a Manager of both branches. Responsible for the on-going operation of the branch & IT infrastructure. Recommended operational improvements on customer-facing procedures resulting in improved customer satisfaction. Responsibilities for the closure of the two branches.2015-Current (Organisation & Methods Division): Served as Departmental Head and as a Deputy Manager for around 1 year. Oversight in the analysis of policies, processes & procedures, and of enhancements in IT applications. Analysis of Cybersecurity & IT procedures, in collaboration with Information Security Unit & IT.
