  This was a very diverse role, I had to stimulate interest in the charity hitch to Morocco or Croatia among students, retain this interest over the course of six months and ensure they were all ready to complete the hitch.   I was a Lead Analyst on an Anti-Money Laundering model optimisation project at HSBC. I started on this project as a graduate consultant working as an analyst but proved myself both as an analyst and lead analyst. In 2018 I delivered the first two successful model optimisation projects globally for HSBC, managing a team of 5 analysts. In this role I managed the workload of my team whilst also engaging with stakeholders who were located globally.   After 4 years as a consultant at Sopra Steria I decided to pursue a new challenge and fulfil a dream of mine, to live and work in Spain. My role as an auxiliar was to assist with the English language in classrooms. I worked in a primary and high school providing insight into the English language and also the British culture. I took the role to challenge myself with learning a new language and to enjoy life in a foreign culture.
