  • Developed Fixed Equipment strategies for all assets, including the implementation of an RBI program to transition from a Time-Based approach, to a Risk-based approach. Led the selection, acquisition and implementation of an IDMS and RBI software. Enable the developing of CMDs (Corrosion Management Documents) for all the operating units. Executed corrosion monitoring, chemical injection control and inspection of pipelines and Fixed Equipment. Created roles and responsibilities documents, workflows and structure needed to carry on the implementation for the asset integrity program.• Drove cultural change at multiple levels and departments within the company to internalize and embrace the shift from a well-established and traditional Time-Based to Risk-Based Inspection approach for fixed equipment, as well as transition from paper-based records keeping to the use and implementation of an IDMS (Credosoft).• Worked directly with Credosoft and OXY Oman personnel to customize and design the asset integrity management business process based on the needs of the company.
