  In my role as an Operations Consultant at Almorooj Dairy, I led various initiatives to improve milk collection and production processes. I developed strategies to enhance quality, conducted feasibility studies, and created marketing plans to drive sales growth for camel milk and value-added products as per the secondment agreement between Mazoon Dairy and Almorooj Dairy in Salalah, Oman. Managing Dairy Farm, CPP, Inventory, Projects, and Maintenance Operations at site. Reported to CEO. From Mar'22, I was reporting to CMFO and managing plant operations and projects that are including production, product development and in-house plastic factory. Main Achievements:- Increase actual production volume by 5.2% in 2022 vs. 2021. - Achieved 104% vs. sales demand in 2022. - Reduce product loss by 1% in 2022 vs. 2021. - Lead project of new expansion in CPP.
