  In order to write my Master Thesis "A study on rollforming modelling in Abaqus", I did an internship at data M Sheet Metal Solutions GmbH, as part of a partnership between the company and the Engineering Faculty of the University of Porto.The thesis consisted in a benchmark study in which Abaqus (a multi-purpose FEA software solution) was compared to CopraFEA (a rollforming simulation developed by data M Sheet Metal Solutions GmbH).

  I worked as a PMO Consultant on behalf of M|P Portugal for Stellantis (mainly for the Poissy Delivery Center, in Paris) for over a year and a half. My main tasks consisted in:• Implementing a Product Lifecycle Management software tool to manage the functional design of ongoing / upcoming Powertrain projects.• Supporting the engineering and project teams as they unfolded all the processes associated with PLM (activity planning, standards and process design, reporting and communication, steering of KoM, KPI management...).• Promoting Change as part of a continuous improvement strategy for the functional design of Powertrain projects. • Promoting the cooperation between different stakeholders of the projects in order to ensure a consistent and on-time release of deliverables.
