  I started working when I was still a student at Warsaw School of Economics. I was responsible for key accounts like Bubenzer Bremsen, Weidemann and CNH (Fiat Group). I increased sales by 76% and throughput by 25%.

  I joined ISM 6 months before it was officially launched. Together with Mariusz Mazurek we were part of a team dedicated to create business plan for a new AVAD on the polish market, dedicated to promote, educate, evangelize security industry about high end solutions like VidSyS, Avigilon, ORSUS Situator (Nice Situator). We were looking for a solution that would make an impact on the domestic market. In 2008 we have signed an AVAD agreement with Avigilon and became one of the first partners in this part of Europe. The main idea of our actions and goals was to get as much from Security Market as possible. It was mainly due to the upcoming in 2012, UEFA Euro 2012 tournament.   Avigilon designs, manufactures and markets award-winning high definition (HD) surveillance systems. We have been one of the first partners of Avigilon in this part of Europe. Avigilon’s solutions protect and monitor the most significant sport facilities in Poland as well as other critical infrastructures. I am responsible for the development of Avigilon’s sale among Megavision partners which include Security Consultants, End Users, Integrators etc. As a company we concentrate mainly on providing general brand awareness and help designing tailor made solution using Avigilon and other CCTV or security products.In 2013 Megavision Technology became a partner of the CNL Software a leading provider of PSIM solution. We are proud to work with a World Class Specialists from CNL in order to offer best in class products to large enterprises and crucial public End Users.
