  I was at ETS for 13 years. I started in IT as a Senior Systems Programmer where I maintained the operating systems for all the company's mainframes. I became a Strategic Planner for IT and then moved to the Research department as Director of Technology Development Research, where I was responsible for designing, researching and creating innovative computer administered tests. I built ETS' first on-line assessment, The Broad Range Tailored Test of Verbal Ability.
