    At Orica, the world's leading provider of commercial explosives and blasting systems, I work as a Technical Services Engineer, applying my practical and theoretical knowledge of drilling and blasting to optimize the performance and safety of mining operations. I design, implement, and monitor blasting solutions for various open-pit projects, using cutting-edge technology and software tools. I also collaborate with a team of experts to deliver high-quality and cost-effective outcomes for our clients. I have a strong academic background in mining engineering, with a MTech degree from the prestigious IIT (ISM) Dhanbad, where I was awarded a gold medal for my excellence. I also have a PhD research experience in the same institute, where I explored the application of drones in the mining industry. I leveraged my drone skills in my previous role as a Mining Engineer at Squadrone Infra and Mining Private Limited, where I worked on several drone survey projects, including digitalization POCs at Coal India Limited's mines. I am passionate about learning and applying new technologies and innovations in the mining sector, and I am always eager to take on new challenges and opportunities. I am looking for a position that will allow me to utilize and expand my skills and competencies, and to make a positive impact on the mining community and the environment.
