  I am part of the overall management of the international development of SO Connect. My area is Spain, the second market of the brand. After 2 years increasing sales, the brand needs a structure and established process and this is where my skills are requested. Through a specific organization, I have delegated clear roles and missions over the company. I split my departments according to objectives and customer engagements. KPIs and metrics help us to perfectly understand how and where is going our performance. After an initial phase of recruitment I now lead a team of 13 precious partners. We mainly focus our activity in developing the sales and customer success through our direct channel. In a second approach we are in contact with hotel and software company to develop our indirect channel. That a mid-term objective and our customer success team is our main support in it. I basically run my office as a participative manager, I look for a friendly environment of work, all-road collaboration.
